Any record created since 1 January 2023 which 1. Lists / identifies contracts placed by your department with Israeli companies, or for the supply of goods or services originating, or partially originating, in Israel, or 2. Lists / identifies Israeli goods already in use in your department / office. Excluding any contracts placed by or for the Irish Embassy in Israel in respect of services or goods used by that embassy (because there would inevitably be multiple such contracts and I do not wish to create unreasonable work for the Department or for that embassy), and Excluding Israeli goods already in use in the Irish Embassy in Israel.
