1. A copy of all documents, records, and correspondence relating to or which constitute inputs to the Department of Justice’s decision in relation to the governance structures of the office of the data protection commission, including the terms of reference and objectives of any review which was undertaken by the Department, any expert submissions which were relied upon in conducting any review. 2. A copy of all documents, records, and correspondence in relation to the scoping of the roles and responsibilities of any additional commissioners and the method for their appointment, and any documents relating to discussions with the DPC in respect of how the additional commissioners will be integrated into the operating structures and internal directorates in the DPC.
