...proposed transfer of Galway Harbour to Galway City Council, i.e., a full copy of the Due Diligence report as has been prepared by Smith and Williamson Ltd (formerly LHM Casey McGrath) as appointed in June 2017 for Galway City Council, in which Galway City Council engaged Smith and Williamson to undertake a due diligence investigation of Galway Harbour Company. I require a full copy of this document, also a copy of the full presentation, briefing document made by City CEO before elected members of Galway City Council at their June meeting in Leisureland, Salthill. Searches of any relevant private email accounts and/or messaging services should be considered when processing this FOI request.
