I would kindly ask you to provide a copy of any record (including calendar entries, memos, meeting minutes, documents or other information) that relates to any activity on a proposed Section 26A to the Data Protection Act, as proposed under Amendment 9 to the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2022 This includes but is not limited to : - any communication with the Irish DPC on any proposals to deal with “confidential” information either in law or in any other form, - any communication with other third parties or stakeholders (such as companies, industry groups, lawyers, external council and alike), - any communication with other elements of the Irish Government and the Irish Parliament and - any internal records or information on the matter.
