1. Records relating to current BER and other relevant environmental/energy ratings of Uisce Éireann’s premises at Colvill House and whether such current ratings are consistent with Government environmental policies and environmental/energy legal obligations; 2. Records of any meetings and/or discussions between the Linders Group (and any constituent company/related entities or executives/directors within such entities) and any representative of the Department in the previous five years.
