With reference to the Clifden Flood Relief Scheme I wish to receive copies of all records which refer to the formulation and/or restriction of the definition of both the “ Study Area” and the “Scheme Area”. Why is the study area and scheme area restricted in this manner and why the study area and scheme area does not include the overall catchment area of the Owen Glin River. I also want to receive copies of all records relating to the allignment of both the study area and the scheme area with the requirements of both the EU Water Framework Directive and the EU Floods Directive.
