Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - copies of all records held referring or relating to the 'Room to Improve' programme that featured on RTÉ Primetime on April 1. This request to cover the period 1 March 2021 to the date of receipt of the request. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format 30/9/2021 Email received confirming the following: I understand the OIC either have been or will be in touch with you about the case involving the Room to Improve programme. As it has been remitted back for a fresh decision-making process, I am happy to confine the request to only those records that reference RTÉ. Based on the various information that has come to light during this case, that appears to cover 155 records. Perhaps you might advise if this is a manageable amount of records, or if a further refinement is needed to bring it below the threshold at which search and retrieval fees
