a, Where was the original loan for Droichead Nua Housing Association drawn down from and what Department and the cost per unit? b, As Droichead Nua was registered under the Charities Act what is the position of the sale of assets? c. When Droichead Nua Approved Association was set up it was under charitable status and received funding but my request is to acquire the outstanding loan balance and the repayments to the relevant Department. d. I would like all the information regards Droichead Nua Housing Association re. loans, payments and outstanding issues, position regarding ownership in 2021 and where are the deeds been held currently and who's name are they in , e. Are the tenants rents used in any way regarding loans? f. Is the monies drawn down a mortgage or repayable loan? g .It has been stated by the Minister for Housing Darragh O Brien T.D., that the sale of the Approved Housing Body Houses lies with the AHB Board please can I seek clarification on this from the Charities Regulator h. I wish to have by hard copy a copy of the all the documents that were involved in the process of the Droichead Nua Housing Association i. I also require the latest up to date members and directors.
