Dear Sir or Madam, Under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 we are making the following non-personal request for access to records held by South Dublin County Council: Policies / Procedures / Guidance Documentation Records which contain the following information: 1. Copies of the policies, procedures, manuals and/or guidance documents that have been relied upon or provided to employees of your Local Authority, in relation to: a. the conduct of homelessness assessments under Section 2 of the Housing Act 1988 (the “1988 Act”); and, b. the provision of emergency homeless supports under Section 10 of the 1988 Act, including but not limited to, the allocation and re-allocation of emergency accommodation, to the extent that such policies, procedures, manuals and/or guidance documents differ from those disclosed by your Local Authority in response to FOI Request 104 22 dated 25 July 2022. 2. All records concerning the consideration, circulation and/or dissemination of the July 2023 County and City Management Association (CCMA) publication titled “Local Connection Protocol for Homeless Presentations outside county of origin” (the “CCMA Protocol”), or any part of the information contained therein, in your Local Authority, including but not limited to emails or other communications from or between senior management in that regard.
