I would be obliged if you could provide me with all the evidence in your possession that proves CO2 is the mechanism that controls rising temperatures on the earth. Please note: I am not asking for estimates, models or scenarios. I require real and observed data. To be clear, I am looking for the evidence you have regarding the part CO2 plays in 'global warming' and in which you have relied upon to inform you in the drafting of climate legislation in this country.
