We formally request a copy of all records / notes / telephone call and electronic records / receipts and all correspondence between Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary E91 N512 from 2021 and 2022 and 2023 between Tipperary Broadband. Letters to then Litter Warden dated 19 November 2021 and all subsequent agreements by the Litter Warden in allowing our appeal for the erection of community signs and the Litter Wardens directions to reduce and dismiss previous fines based on this agreement. All correspondence between Tipperary County Council including acceptance of the erection of signs on a temporary basis in rural communities and acceptance of payment of a reduced amount as part of this agreement in place since 2022. All correspondence from VOIP and Internet Services Ltd / Tipperary Broadband / Tipp Broadband and the receipts still outstanding for the reduced payments and receipts for the dismissal of previous fines paid as agreed with the Litter Warden in place in 2021 and 2022. The name of the Litter Warden from 2021 and 2022 who authorized the dismissal of previous fines and directed the administration to accept same.
