In accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, 2014, access to all non-personal records relating to the Government’s decision in 2005 (ref S180/20/10/0798A and based on submission PL 24 11/05) to continue to exclude the ‘An Post Main Superannuation Scheme, 1990’ from the provisions of part IV of the Pensions Act, 1990.
