I am seeking, under the FOI Act 2014. - Information given to people who are refused leave to land at a port or border. - Guidance, circulars, policy notes given to immigration officers who are involved in leave to land and doorstep operations at ports or borders. I am seeking, under the FOI Act 2014: - the number of people refused leave to land in 2023 and to date in 2024, - which border they received the refusal, their nationalities and - how many of those subsequently applied for international protection, in relation to Dublin Airport only.
