I wish to submit a freedom of information request for: •Agendas and minutes of meetings since 1 July 2024 which relate to the Communications (Retention of Data) Act 2011. •All reports received by the Minister under section 9 of the Act for 2023 and 2024. •Any documents, notes, reports or memos produced in relation to the Communications (Retention of Data) Act 2011, or it’s intended revision, since 1 July 2024. •All correspondence received by the Department since 1 January 2024 from named companies in relation to the Communications (Retention of Data) Act 2011. •Any data produced for or provided to Minister O’Callaghan in relation to the Communications (Retention of Data) Act 2011. In reference to the Communications (Retention of Data) Act 2011, this also encapsulates the Communications (Retention of Data) Amendment Act 2022, and any connected SIs or other amendments, in draft or otherwise.
