On 21/11/2014 the Agent for Planning Reference No's 13/43 and 14/292 submitted a letter, headed UD 13/60 stating as follows; "The location of boundaries were incorrect on previous applications (pl. ref. 13/43 (change of house design 10/329 (mother planning permission). The correct position of boundaries has been surveyed by PK Surveys Ltd using satellite technology. This survey is the basis of this present application. On this, I overlaid the planning boundaries from pl. Ref. 13/43 and 10/329, and I outlined the correct boundaries in red, which includes sufficient legal interest, such as rights of ways (easements) in yellow" Can I please have colour copies of all the maps, drawings and overlays submitted with this letter.
