I wish to obtain records held by your Council's Vacant Homes Officers pertaining to vacant or derelict properties that are owned or managed by Approved Housing Bodies, also known as Voluntary Housing Bodies. To facilitate this request, I ask that electronic searches be conducted of the email accounts of your Council's Vacant Homes Officers. The searches should utilize the following terms: "Housing Association" "Approved Housing" "AHB" "Voluntary Housing" Please note that I am specifically looking for records that contain at least one of the listed search terms. Such searches can be easily performed in standard email platforms like Outlook or Gmail. The timeframe for the requested records is from 2017 to the present day.
