Why Dublin Bus GT21 (12-D-36951) had its Pride wrap removed so soon after it was put on compared to other operators such as Go-Ahead Ireland (11589) and Bus Eireann (VWD43) who still have the pride wraps on their buses, please give specifics on the decision making process and how much did it cost to remove it and put it in the yellow and green TFI wrap
