Further to your response to my original request, and subsequent phone call to you today 28th March 2025, I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I am requesting statistics from access to the following records: 1. A record of the TOTAL number of staff in the Department of Defence who are in receipt of the Keyholder Allowance. 2. From your payroll records, please provide a breakdown of these staff members by grade (whether Industrial / Clerical / Administration). If no single record contains the exact details sought, I request access to any records that would allow for this information to be compiled. If my request is unclear or requires refinement, I am open to clarifying it, but I am requesting a formal response under FOI rather than an informal disclosure outside the statutory process.
