This record to be broken down (line by line) in as much detail as possible e.g. design, construction materials, labour etc. - copies of the business case, cost benefit analysis, planning or scoping documents associated with the above project. - copies of any high-level correspondence between the OPW and the EAT/WRC or any other state entities occupying the building with regard to the project.
