Can you supply information on the Monitoring Reports, provided to the Minister under the above Lease. Section 15.1 (1) Seabed Foundation Level. Initial 6 monthly reports for first two years and annual reports thereafter, as required by the lease. (2) Scour Reports for the foundations of each turbine – 6 monthly for the first two years and annually thereafter. (3) Information on the bird life monitoring on a quarterly basis since inception of the lease. (6) Monitoring of BENTHIC Communities on or adjacent to the turbine foundations, what reports are available for first five years of operation? Section 15.2 Has the monitoring referred to in Clause 15.1 caused any concern to the Minister and has the Minister required any additional monitoring? Section 15.3 (2) Has the Lessee complied with the requirement to furnish annual audited accounts?
