Records created by, received by, or held by the Department of the Taoiseach from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2023 relating to: Briefing notes, internal memos, Cabinet submissions, or correspondence prepared for the Taoiseach or Department officials concerning Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs), Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs), or Unidentified Submerged Objects (USOs). Records held by the Department of the Taoiseach concerning interdepartmental discussions, national security coordination, or oversight on the subject of anomalous aerial or submerged phenomena, including but not limited to:  Communications with the Department of Defence, Irish Defence Forces, Air Corps, Naval Service, or Irish Aviation Authority;  Cabinet Committee meetings on national security, including agendas, minutes, or briefing material where UAPs/UFOs/USOs are mentioned;  Records relating to advice or alerts issued to the Taoiseach or the National Security Committee concerning these phenomena. Any documents received from international partners or embassies, including the United States, UK, NATO, or the European Defence Agency, that were logged, reviewed, or actioned by the Department of the Taoiseach and which mention: “UAP”, “UFO”, “USO”; “Unidentified aerial/submerged phenomena”; “Anomalous surveillance”; “National airspace incursions” or “unidentified sensor contacts”.
