Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: - a copy of any valuations associated with the following purchase by the OPW: https://www.gov.ie/en/office-of-public-works/press-releases/opw-acquires-strategic-office-block-in-dublin-city-centre-at-highly-competitive-price/ - a copy of the business case, cost benefit analysis, or other such approval or sanction documents associated with the purchase. - a copy of any high-level correspondence between the OPW and DPER with regard to the purchase. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
