Information relating to the Inch Lough Walking Route (Donegal CoCo Planning Reference numbers 07/70346 AND 12/70098) at location Inch Level Speenogue, Carrowen, Co Donegal and also called the ;Inch Levels Wildlife Project which forms part of the Inch Levels/Lough Foyle INTERREG Projects;. Specifically: 1. A copy of all the information, including original documentation (with any personal information suitably redacted), on the following listed mitigation measures from the 2009 Appropriate Assessment for the Inch Levels Wildlife Project which forms part of the Inch Levels/Lough Foyle INTERREG Project including :a. Bird usage mapping reports b. Site Inspection reports c. Annual reviews of monitoring was promised for each year since 2009. d. Details of any curtailment of public access of the walking route due disturbance impacts e. Annual wardening reports as outlined in the AA and any remedial action taken to mitigate disturbance to birds. f. Details of any breaches of Wildlife Act which were investigated. AND 2. All information and reports relating to Greenland White Fronted Goose presence at Inch Lough. Such information also to include:o Details of all meetings, including un-minuted meetings, and is to include details of attendees, durations, location and agenda, matters discussed, items reviewed and/or circulated. o All items attached to paper files, paper files, documents, post-its; type notes, notes, inclusions etc. o All items attached to electronic files and emails, including file attachments, forwarded documents, associated replies or originating queries, database records and files referred to, and the content of URLs referenced if not publicly available
