Copies of all invoices/receipts associated with the recent trip by the minister and three officials to the Ryder Cup in the US. - a copy of the itinerary for the trip. - a record/spreadsheet/database of all costs incurred in partaking in the trip. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, ideally in its original electronic format.
