Requesting the release of written correspondence or memos between Robert Watt and the Minister expressing concerns about the cost of the National Broadband Plan or its value for money since 1 January this year. My request includes, but should not be limited to, concerns about a CBA analysis on the plan shared with or by Mr Watt and the Minister.
