I am seeking the following records: 1. Copies of communications - including emails, written reports/audits, email attachments etc - sent by the Defence Forces to the Minister for Defence that relate to criminal convictions/on-going court cases involving members of the Defence Forces. It has been reported that the Minister for Defence has received two such reports. Both should be released. This should include any follow-up/related correspondence. The timeframe I am referring to is from 17 June 2024 to the present.
