Decisions in respect of The Irish Coursing Club having regard to Statutory Instruments Numbered 560, 695 and 701 of 2020: A) A copy of all documents held by the Department or ascertainable / procurable by the Department in accordance with law, in respect of the inclusion of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 560/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State in respect of the foregoing, and also including e-mails/communications to and from An Taoiseach and An Taoiseach’s private office and others, to include the personal (non-departmental) email addresses of An Taoiseach, and text messages/WhatsApp messages, and any other forms of personal communications emanating from An Taoiseach’s official phone and communication devices and/or any other phones or communication devices An Taoiseach uses/has used for Departmental/Governmental business, such as the within business, during the relevant time period. B) A copy of all documents held by the Department or ascertainable / procurable by the Department in accordance with law, in respect of the delisting of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 695/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State in respect of the foregoing, and also including e-mails/communications to and from An Taoiseach and An Taoiseach’s private office and others, to include the personal (non-departmental) email addresses of the An Taoiseach, and text messages/WhatsApp messages, and any other forms of personal communications emanating from An Taoiseach’s official phone and communication devices and/or any other phones or communication devices An Taoiseach uses/has used for Departmental/Governmental business, such as the within business, during the relevant time period. C) A copy of all documents held by the Department or ascertainable / procurable by the Department in accordance with law, in respect of the continued delisting of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 701/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State in respect of the foregoing, and also including e-mails/communications to and from An Taoiseach and An Taoiseach’s private office and others, to include the personal (non-departmental) email addresses of An Taoiseach, and text messages/WhatsApp messages, and any other forms of personal communications emanating from An Taoiseach’s official phone and communication devices and/or any other phones or communication devices An Taoiseach uses/has used for Departmental/Governmental business, such as the within business, during the relevant time period. D) A copy of all documents held by the Department or ascertainable / procurable by the Department in accordance with law, as described in respect of categories (a), (b) and (c) above (i.e. in respect of the Irish Coursing Club and S.I. Nos. 560, 695 and 701 and its treatment in each of the foregoing S.I.s), to and from the civil servants and such non-established civil servants working in (or who worked, at the relevant times in) the Office of the Green Party Leader (including members of the policy and programme implementation unit) as said Office is so described at p. 124 of the “Programme for Government : Our Shared Future” and others (including Ministers and Ministers of State) to include communications sent from and to the personal (non-departmental) email addresses of such persons, and text messages/WhatsApp messages, and any other forms of personal communications emanating from such persons’ official phone and communication devices and/or any other phones or communication devices such persons’ use/have used for Departmental/Governmental business, such as the within business, during the relevant time period.
