Tender PROJ000006020: Contract for Prison Clothing for Irish Prison Service Request for access to non-personal records, I refer to the above Office of Government Procurement tender competition, which I note has been cancelled. This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. In regard to the above tender competition and any current or planned replacement, I request access to the following records: 1. Records concerning requirements as to ensuring that forced labour or child labour is not been used in the supply. 2. Records concerning implementation of the obligations in Article 18(2) of Directive 2014/24EU and Article 18(4) of SI 284 of 2016. The award notice states that the contract was awarded on 4 July 2020. If the contract documents are not readily identifiable from the information I have provided, I would suggest initially confining the search to the period 1 May 2020 to 31 July 2020.
