I am making the following FOI (Freedom of Information) Request of Louth County Council and require the following information: 1. When was the Doyle Morris Group contracted to assess the Croi Conaithe Government Grant on behalf of Louth County Council and how long is the contract for; 2. Who made the decision to appoint them; 3. Who is their direct point of contact in Louth County Council; 4. Was there a tendering process to appoint them, who overseen this process; a. If so how many applicants were there for this contract 5. Why did Louth Council Appoint the Doyle Morris group to assess these applications; 6. Why when previous applications were assessed by the County Engineer (James O'Leary) did Mr. O'Leary not finish those applications to ensure continuity; 7. From where, within Louth Council, does the funding for the Doyle Morris Group come from; 8. What Budget does it come from and is it from any funds allocated for the Croi Conaithe Vacant Homes Grant; 9. What Terms of Reference have Doyle Morris been provided with for the assessment Grant Applications and does it require them to provide a saving by not approving the full amount; 10. What agents does Doyle Morris use to call to peoples houses and what are their qualifications; a. Please provide the full list of names and associated qualifications b. What training if any have Louth County Council provided to these agents 11. A copy of the contract that Doyle Morris have been provided with to conduct this work on behalf of Louth County Council; 12. How many Grant Applications, in full, have Doyle Morris approved, on behalf of Louth County Council, since their appointment to conduct this work. 13. All correspondence and emails between John Lawrence and Doyle Morris Site Inspector Jason Flaherty of Doyle Morris Group
