All memos, briefings, and reports, audits prepared by the OPW and sent to the Department of Education between 1st July 2009 to 1st October 2014 in relation Whitehall College building on the Swords Road, Drumcondra, built by Western Building Systems around 2008 that was never used, and was since subject to a legal dispute.
