The IRU and the Requester have agreed the following after a discussion in relation to scope refinement. -The release of the independent review/audit of the nursing contract produced by Crowe Horwath. -Copies of invoices paid to Crowe Horwath as part of this report. -Any external correspondence, related to the above report, as well as any letters, emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, memos, notes, reports, draft reports and any other relevant records that were created, sent or received by the Department of Health between January and June 2023 in relation to the findings/outcome/conclusion of the audit at Assistant Principal level or above.
