a) the number or approximate number of people to whom Basic payments were made in the last round of payments. B) The number of those people in respect of whom all or part of teir Basic payment was diverted to a third party on foot of a Court order or other statutory order and without the consent of the people in question. c) If possible, the legal basis upon which such Court or other stautory orders were actually made, and the procedures that must be implemented and the terms and conditions applicable before the Department of Agriculture will actually divert somebody's Basic payment to a third party on foot of a Court or other Statutory order.
