Any and all records created from 1 January 2014 to 1 January 2016 (including drafts thereof and all electronically stored information) generated by or held by the Department of Health (and its predecessor, the Department for Local Government and Public Health), (the “Department”) or any employee or agent therefore, regarding the alleged illegal adoptions and alleged illegal birth registrations of children. 2. Any and all records created from 1 January 2014 to 1 January 2016 (including drafts thereof and all electronically stored information) generated by or held by the Department or any employee or agent therefore, regarding St. Patrick’s Guild. 3. Any and all minutes of meetings or notes of telephone calls (including drafts thereof), correspondence and accompanying documents (including electronic correspondence), created from 1 January 2014 to 1 January 2016; and exchanged between any employee or agent of the Department and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration & Youth (and its predecessor, the Department of Children and Youth Affairs), Tusla, the Department of Foreign Affairs (and its predecessor, the Department of External Affairs), and/or the Department of Justice, and/or the Adoption Authority of Ireland in relation to the issue of illegal adoption and/ or illegal birth registration of children. 4. Any and all minutes of meetings or notes of telephone calls (including drafts thereof), correspondence and accompanying documents (including electronic correspondence) and documents created from 1 January 2014 to 1 January 2016 and exchanged between any employee or agent of the Department and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration & Youth (and its predecessor, the Department of Children and Youth Affairs), Tusla, the Department of Foreign Affairs (and its predecessor, the Department of External Affairs), and/or the Department of Justice, and any person in relation to the issue of the procurement birth certificates, baptismal certificates and/ or passports for children the subject of an illegal adoption and/or illegal registration. 5. Any and all records (including drafts thereof and all electronically stored information) generated by or held by the Department or any employee or agent therefore, regarding the examination of records of Saint Patrick’s Guild. 6. Any and all records (including drafts thereof and all electronically stored information) generated by or held by the Department or any employee or agent therefore, regarding the Incorrect Birth Registrations Project.
