Any and all records created from 1 January 2014 to 1 January 2016 (including drafts thereof and all electronically stored information) generated by or held by the Department of Health (and its predecessor, the Department for Local Government and Public Health), (the “Department”) or any employee or agent therefore, regarding the alleged illegal adoptions and alleged illegal birth registrations of children. 2.
