Records relating to St John Well since May 2018, that were created in response to a damage report there. In particular, the records should include the archaeologists inspection report arising from the damage report, any conservation reports on file, and the Departments recommendations as made to the National Museum and/or Meath County Council. This should include all records relating to the prosecution of the offence and recommendations in relation to the protection and reinstatement of the historical and heritage site and the public right of way. The request should not include emails, except where email was used to convey the Departments substantive position to the Council or Museum.
