Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment

I am writing to request access to records held by the Department of Enterprise under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. L.M. Ericsson has reported meeting with Peter Burke regarding telecoms regulation in the EU and the "lack of investment and innovation" between September 1 and December 31 2024. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: – all paper and digital correspondence (emails, letters, texts, WhatsApps, faxes) between department officials and L.M. Ericsson in that time period – all final versions of briefing material prepared by officials ahead of the meeting – minutes for the meeting – records of all material presented at the meeting
