All correspondence between HIQA and the Medical Council, Minister for Health, HSE Director General, HSE Director of Acute Hospitals and HSE Director of Quality and Patient Safety relating to concerns over the competencies of locum doctors and also on the issue of doctors (locum or otherwise) not on the Medical Council’s Specialist Register performing or being expected to perform specialist duties.
