Request Reference 1. Records which indicate the percentage of commercial properties leased to public bodies (including but not limited to State Agencies and Government Departments) which are owned by the Linders Group (or any company, partnership or individual related to such group); and records which indicate what percentage of the commercial estate of the Linders Group (or any company or individual related to such group) is leased to public bodies (including but not limited to State Agencies and Government Departments). We understand the latter is approximately 80%; 2. Records relating to any representations made by public officials, including but not limited to TDs and Government Ministers, to Uisce Éireann or the Department in connection with (i) any current proposals for Uisce Eireann’s current premises at Colvill House and/or (ii) any proposed relocation to alternative/successor premises; 3. Records relating to any meetings and/or discussions between the Department with representatives of the Linders Group (or any company, partnership or individuals related to such Group) in respect of: a.
