Records which indicate the percentage of commercial properties leased to public bodies (including but not limited to State Agencies and Government Departments) which are owned by the Linders Group (or any company, partnership or individual related to such group); and records which indicate what percentage of the commercial estate of the Linders Group (or any company or individual related to such group) is leased to public bodies (including but not limited to State Agencies and Government Departments). We understand the latter is approximately 80%; 2. Records relating to any representations made by public officials, including but not limited to TDs and Government Ministers, to Uisce Éireann or the Department in connection with (i) any current proposals for Uisce Eireann’s current premises at Colvill House and/or (ii) any proposed relocation to alternative/successor premises; 3. Records relating to any meetings and/or discussions between the Department with representatives of the Linders Group (or any company, partnership or individuals related to such Group) in respect of: a. Colvill House; b. the National Transport Authority’s new premises in Smithfield; c. Without prejudice to paragraph 13 above, records of any other meetings and/or discussions between the Linders Group (and any constituent company/related entities or executives/directors within such entities) and any representative of the Department in the previous five years; 5. Records of any meetings and/or discussions between the Department or the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and/or Department staff with Uisce Éireann in respect of their current lease at Colvill House including in relation to (i) proposed delays in any decisions on moves to new premises, (ii) proposed extensions of their current lease and/or (iii) proposed retrofit options, including details on how such matters are (or are not) consistent with Government environmental policies and environmental/energy legal obligations; 6. Records of any meetings and/or discussions between the Linders Group (and any constituent company/related entities or executives/directors within such entities) and any representative of the Department in the previous three years; 7. Records relating to considerations by the Department given to the cost of the National Transport Authority lease in Smithfield and, in particular, including how a lease was secured by the Linders Group (or any company, entity or individuals related to such group) at a higher rent in a falling market than that which was secured by the landlord in the An Post building; 8. Records relating to Department or OPW decisions or recommendations on Uisce Éireann’s current lease at Colvill House; 9. Records relating to Department or OPW decisions or recommendations on any prospective new commercial premises to which Uisce Éireann may move following the termination/expiry of their current lease at Colvill House, including the location and BER ratings for such premises; 10. Records, in so far as they are in the possession of the Department, relating to donations from the Linders Group (and any constituent companies/related entities or executives within such entities) to any public officials, or to any Government or State Agencies or to any political parties and/or current sitting TDs and Government Ministers, including Paschal Donohue; and With regard to the references above to the Linders Group, this means (i) any entities within the Linders Group, including but not limited to Fontbay Limited, Treeport Limited, Linders of Smithfield Limited, Quadrant Engineers Limited, Equiside Limited, Equipoint Limited, Blanchardstown Investments Limited, Helmview Limited, Antler Properties Limited, C&F Quadrant Limited, Linders of Chapelizod Limited, Linders Finglas Turvey Limited, PJN Properties Limited, Lemonbrook Limited, Top Slope Limited, Condorvale Limited and any other companies or partnerships directly or indirectly controlled by the Linders Group or any of the foregoing companies and (ii) any senior executives linked to the Linders Group, including but not limited to Joe (Joseph) Linders, Patrick Linders and Paul Linders.
