I would like to apply under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act for the following records held by the Department of Public Expenditure: 1) Copy of correspondence between the Minister for Public Expenditure and the Minister for Health sinc 01 April 2025 regarding the financial performance and budgetary situation in the HSE/ health service 2) Copy of correspondence between the Secretary General of the Department of Public Expenditure and the Secretary General of the Department of Health since 01 April 2025 with regard to the financial performance and budgetary situation in the HSE/health service
