1 - All correspondence exchanged between the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment (and his predecessor), or anyone above the grade of principal officer in his Department and representatives of (a) google/YouTube/Alphabet, (b) Facebook/Whatsapp/Instagram, (c) Apple, (d) Microsoft, (e) Amazon and (f) Intel. 2 - the minutes of any meetings (online or in person) between the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment (and his predecessor), or anyone above the grade of principal officer in his Department and representatives of (a) google/YouTube/Alphabet, (b) Facebook/Whatsapp/Instagram, (c) Apple, (d) Microsoft, (e) Amazon and (f) Intel. The correspondence should include all correspondence or communication, sent by email, text message, whatsapp, letter or any other format, between May 1, 2020 and October 7, 2020.
