- A record of all reports and draft reports held by the department in relation to the Irish Coast Guard (ICG). - Briefing documents on the ICG prepared by or for the Department. - Documents, correspondence and memos held by the department about role of the ICG and any reforms of the ICG. - A record of ICG workforce plans held by the department. - Records of any proposed changes to ICG, its functions and how it operates. - Records of any complaints to the Department or ICG by departmental staff, ICG staff, ICG contractors, independent organisations or members of the public about the - ICG and the performance of the ICG. - Records of any complaints to the Department or ICG by departmental staff, ICG staff, ICG contractors or members of the public about the ICG equipment, ICG facilities and ICG management. -Records of any complaints to the Department or the ICG by departmental staff, ICG staff, contractors or members of the public about issues impeding ICG functions and how staff/contractors fulfil their ICG roles/functions. - Correspondence to and from the minister’s office about the ICG. - Records and reports held by the department in relation to ICG staff or members of the public injured during ICG operations.
