Records of any contaminated land on or adjacent to identified premises at Magna Drive, Magna Business Park, records of any pollution incidents, known prosecutions(environmental related) within 500 metres of the properties, any known sewer discharge licences onsite and any special measures by operators of site in relation to a culverted stream under the site.
