Any records relating to resources, financial or otherwise, sought, required or made available for the specific purpose of enforcing or otherwise implementing any statutory instrument adopted since the 1st January 2015 to give effect to EU restrictive measures concerning any country and any records relating to any costs or expenses incurred in the enforcement or implementation of any such statutory instrument.
