Under the freedom of information act of 2014 I would request all minutes of meetings and notes of informal meetings related to the open data programme of work within your department. This should include board meetings and internal meetings. The period I am interested in is May 015 and July 2016 . I am not interested in notes / emails about setting up meetings, catering, setting dates etc for any such meetings.
