Department of the Taoiseach

1) All correspondence to or from the Taoiseach or anyone above the grade of Principal Officer in the Department of Taoiseach in regards to ventilators in Irish hospitals. 2) Transcripts of any complaints made to the Department of the Taoiseach since January 1 over the lack of ventilators in hospitals. The correspondence should include all correspondence or communication, sent by email, text message, WhatsApp, letter or any other format, from January 1, 2020 to date of the receipt of the request.
