All information relating to media monitoring activities undertaken by, or for, The Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment in the years 2018, 2019 and 2020 to include: • Any contracts and associated agreements and any documentation relating to the appointment of third parties to undertake media monitoring activities, and any costs associated with same. • Details and any associated documentation relating to internal media monitoring undertaking by officials within the Department, and any costs associated with same. • All documents relating to media monitoring including relevant minutes of meetings, briefings for officials, Ministers or Ministers of State, or any correspondence with other third parties, including other government departments, agencies, statutory bodies or private individuals and companies. • The media monitoring reports compiled in or for the Department during the timeframe as outlined.
