The subject matter of this FOI Request is the decision of the then Minister for Finance in late 2009 or early 2010 to sanction adjustments to the FEMPI cuts for Deputy and Assistant Secretaries (Government Departments) by way of compensation for the withdrawal of the performance-related pay (PRP) scheme for those grades.
