Please find below a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 for: All esubs sent to Minister Donohoe for approval as part of Budget 2026 process. I would like to narrow my search to records from 01/09/25 to 07/10/25. As discussed, I would also narrow it further to esubs relating to measures for final inclusion in Budget 2026. However, if such esubs for final decision fall outside the date range above but occurred between 01/07/25 and 07/10/25 and
