Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission

I am seeking a copy of the draft paper ‘Gender Identity in Irish Equality Law’ which was circulated and also referred to in Minutes 62nd Ordinary Commission Meeting (26/01/2023) in point 6.1 Gender Identity please. The IHREC website shows gender under the 'Protected Grounds' as being (male, female, transgender and non- binary) however the page on the website listing the 9 protected grounds under the Equality Act doesn’t list transgender or nonbinary as protected grounds.
