I would like to obtain a copy of any Asbestos survey that was carried out either during or prior to development work which was carried out at the following site in 2014/2015:St Mary's College St Mary's Road Galway. I have located a Planning Application with reference 14/184 dated 08/07/2014 which was subsequently approved. The scope of the intended work was as follows:Permission for proposed development works at the school which is a Protected Structure consisting of a rear single storey science and classroom block extension, change of use of existing Science Building to Nursing Home accommodation
