Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to the following records: • A full copy of the appointment diaries for the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade for the year 2024. • A full copy of the appointment diaries for the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade from January 1, 2025, to January 30, 2025. I request that these records include, but are not limited to, all official engagements, meetings, events, and any other recorded appointments in the Minister’s schedule during this period. If any part of my request is likely to be refused under FOI exemptions, I would appreciate if you could provide partial access to the records where possible, rather than a full refusal.
